Emina is an experienced marketer with over 15 years of experience in both the corporate and charity communications sector. She studied BA in Journalism and PR in Croatia, followed by a MA in Development Studies at IDS. Emina has a long history of successful accounts, most notably her work on the £4.2m government-funded Community Organisers Programme and her leadership of digital marketing for the award-winning elearning platform Elucidat.
Emina’s passions lie in data-driven performance, selecting the right combination of channels to maximise success, adopting a test-and-learn approach, and building lasting partnerships with clients and other agencies. Her favourite part of the job is seeing positive results for clients, building a culture she believes in and ensuring her team is happy.
Outside of work, Emina loves spending time with her daughter, reading fantasy/sci-fi novels, and fishing when she can.
