About Us
We’re a Brighton-based digital marketing agency specialising in paid media, SEO, and analytics. We work with a mix of UK and international clients (from growing e-commerce brands to established service-led businesses) helping them achieve real, measurable results.
Our clients span a wide range of industries, so if you enjoy (and have experience in) managing a varied workload and tackling different challenges, this could be a great fit. We also hand-pick the clients we work with to align with our values and way of working – building happy, long-term relationships is a big part of who we are.
We’re a small, supportive team that values flexibility, collaboration, and doing great work for the clients. Most of us work hybrid or remotely, with regular meet-ups in our Brighton office, and everyone has the chance to make a genuine impact. If you love learning, testing new ideas, and working in a relaxed but ambitious environment, you’ll feel right at home here.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and help us deliver brilliant, data-driven paid advertising campaigns for our clients.
PPC will always be at the heart of what you do – so strong Google and Microsoft Ads experience is essential – but this role goes far beyond search. You’ll also get to work across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and any new platforms we decide to test along the way.
You’ll take ownership of your own client portfolio, help shape channel strategies, and support the wider team with your experience and ideas. You’ll help with client acquisition and pitches, and occasional client training sessions. You’ll report to the Head of Paid and PPC Manager. If you enjoy a mix of hands-on optimisation, client interaction, and creative problem-solving, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Media Setup & Optimisation
- Lead the creation and optimisation of campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube etc.) for new and existing clients.
- Support Paid Social team with managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
- Build multi-channel strategies that align with and achieve client goals.
- Carry out keyword research, audience planning, creative suggestions, competitor reviews etc.
- Conduct paid media audits for potential or existing clients.
Performance & Reporting
- Keep an eye on daily performance, budget pacing, and trends.
- Analyse data to spot opportunities and make improvements.
- Run tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Turn insights into clear, helpful updates for clients.
- Set up and maintain Looker dashboard reports.
Client Ownership
- Be the go-to person for your clients within the paid media team.
- Present ideas, strategies, and performance updates with confidence.
- Proactively suggest ways to grow accounts or introduce new channels.
- Lead client meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
- Contribute to pitching and winning new clients.
Teamwork & Development
- Work closely with our creative and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Deliver occasional internal or client training sessions.
- Help us improve our internal processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, and share learning with the team.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally agency-side, but all experience counts!
- Strong PPC experience – advanced Google and Microsoft Ads skills are a must-have.
- Experience working with at least two additional paid platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc).
- Comfortable analysing data and explaining what it means in simple terms.
- Confident communicator (written and verbal) and hands-on experience with managing a client portfolio.
- Good understanding of tracking, attribution, UTMs, pixels, and GA4 (although we have an analytics team responsible for implementation).
- Google Ads Certifications (or willingness to complete them quickly).
- Ability to run (or contribute to) audits, pitches, and proposals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GTM, Looker Studio, or feed tools like Channable.
- Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Previous experience in running Paid Ads training sessions (internally or to clients).
- A good eye for creative and what makes ads perform well on different platforms.

- A supportive, flexible team working mostly remotely with a Brighton office hub
- Training, development, and opportunities to grow your career
